Services Provided

We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry best practices.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a project if we determine the work cannot be completed safely or according to our quality standards. Any deposits paid will be refunded in full if we cancel a project before work begins.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices are based on the scope of work discussed during your consultation and site assessment. If project conditions change or additional work is requested, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding.

We require a deposit before starting most projects. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote and typically ranges from 25% to 50% of the total project cost. Final payment is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide clear access to your property on scheduled work days. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles if necessary, and ensuring pets are secured. If we cannot access your property as scheduled, we may need to reschedule and adjust the project timeline.

Weather conditions may affect our schedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather delays occur. We appreciate your understanding that some delays are beyond our control.

Property Protection and Liability

We take great care to protect your property during all work. However, you agree to mark or identify any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden features before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground features.

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. If you have concerns about specific features on your property, please discuss them with us during the consultation so we can take appropriate precautions.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for one year from project completion. If any issues arise due to faulty installation or materials, we will repair or replace the work at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage from improper maintenance, severe weather events, or modifications made by others.

Plant warranties vary by species and season. We will discuss specific plant guarantees during your consultation. Plant survival depends partly on proper watering and care after installation, which is your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any scheduled work with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already purchased or scheduled labor costs.

For ongoing maintenance contracts, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Any prepaid services will be prorated and refunded.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct discussion will be handled through mediation in Alameda County, California. Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve disputes before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. We will notify existing customers of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
